Description

  • Comfortable living room and its design and fully equipped kitchen, embellished with a central island to spend moments of conviviality.
  • Multimedia system equipped with an XXL screen in the living room and another in the bedroom, connected to NetFlix, equipped with Chromecast to broadcast your phone screen on the TV and review the photos of the day. This system is complemented a voice assistant to play a movie or your favorite music on Deezer.
  • On the night side, intimate bedroom with romantic and neat lighting with plenty of storage and a desk area. The Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) from the TRECA luxury hotel range is ultra comfortable, combining softness and firmness. The living room sofa is convertible into a real Queen Size bed with a comfortable 18cm mattress and slatted base for regular use and will allow you to enjoy the accommodation for 4 people.
  • Large bathroom with a huge Italian shower and a balneotherapy equipped with hydromassage and light therapy.
  • Sheets, towels, soap and shampoo are included, as well as cleaning.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • People with reduced mobility: access to the apartment requires climbing two floors by stairs.
  • Self check-in: The building and the apartment are equipped with access codes. You can arrive at any time after 3 PM and depart by noon, simply closing the door behind you.
  • Balneo: our apartment has a large capacity hot water tank. Once empty, it needs a little time to recharge.
  • No party! We do our best to offer the best possible comfort to our travelers. In return, we ask them to respect this rule out of respect for our neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule will automatically result in the intervention of hosts who will be notified, the accommodation being equipped with a noise detector. The 300€ deposit will be retained in full. This rule is part of the mutual respect and requirement that we wish to establish between you and us.
  • Non-smoking! The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, even at the window. You have an outdoor terrace in front of the entrance to the accommodation for smoking or sunbathing. A €150 penalty will be deducted from the deposit for any smell of tobacco in the accommodation, equipped with a smoke detector.
  • Pets : we love them but unfortunately the apartment is not suitable to accommodate them.
