- Following your reservation, you will receive a registration form by email which will then give you access to the code of the building and your personalized code allowing you to open the apartment. This gives you great flexibility on the arrival time.

- Cancellation is possible, full refund up to D-5 before arrival. In case of no-show without cancellation before D-5, the total amount of the reservation will be retained
